I've made copy/cut operation according to the screenshot -- the operation passed fine.

Thus I have two questions for you:
1) What content did you get ?
2) I can see on the screenshot that in source you have all the text in span is selected, but in visual -- only two letters. What is strange of itself. Could you explain how you have got it? I was unable.
