I had to remove the WSDL as it was a customers and they requested it be removed. Feng (Grid) managed to find the issue and from what I understand it was caused when the WSDL had a string containing "error" within it. The search string in JBDS was looking for this when looking for errors and saw this as an error. Even though everything was okay.

Please let me know if you need any further information, I think Feng may be able to help you out as he did most of the initial investigation. I may be able to dig out the original WSDL I used to replicate this.
