I have a workaround for our product pluging for beta3 version. It needs to be tested, but if succeded, it will solve the problem for JBDS 5 (Eclipse 3.7.x builds). So, probably we don't need to patch any eclipse's bits for JBDS 5.

Hope, we can remove this workaround for JBDS 6 when Eclipse 3.8 (?) will be published (if they will apply my patch /or will fix their issue by themselves)
