Denis Maliarevich updated JBIDE-8965:
-------------------------------------

    Description:
To dnd one element into another user should select one of the 4 suggested/available sides: top|left|right|down. When mouse points to the center -- no side is selected -- thus dpop is impossible.

The solution is to enable some default position, that user should be able to dnd an element by pointing to the center of the droppable container.
