Implement an Eclipse project builder extension that validates each *.cnd file in the workspace. The builder should use the CndValidator to perform validation. Each validation error, warning, or info message should be used to create an associated Eclipse problem marker. Also, an extension should be implemented that creates a subclass of a problem marker specifically for CND problem markers.
