Nick - central is not a welcome screen in eclipse sense and there is not enough room on it to cater for 3rd party plugins welcome content.

Snjezna - yes, but I would prefer we don't make it as crowded by default as eclipse default welcome screen is.

I've added a mockup trying to outline what I'm thinking we could do - the intent is just to show that there are some third party content and
provide a way to get to it while still keeping a simple getting started experience that leads to jboss central.
