There are multiple ways to install JBDS into Eclipse, with varying degrees of succes / effectiveness:

a) if install JBDS .all feature (http://www.qa.jboss.com/binaries/RHDS/builds/staging/devstudio-5.0_trunk.product/updates/nightly/trunk/):

* on restart of Eclipse, we get the JBDS branding
* can only Help > Search For Updates to find a new .all feature
* cannot install child features (components) due to conflicting dependencies (.all feature locks down the install)

b) if install JBDS .product feature (http://www.qa.jboss.com/binaries/RHDS/builds/staging/devstudio-5.0_trunk.product/updates/nightly/trunk/ - uncheck box for "group items by category" to see this feature):

* No JBDS branding
* can only Help > Search For Updates to find a new .product feature
* can do incremental updates (Help > Install new software) to child features (components)

* No JBDS branding
* can Search For Updates to find a new child features
* can do incremental updates (Help > Install new software) to child features (components)

These three mechanisms exist for installing JBT from an update site or from Marketplace, plus some pieces of JBT from Central, but the solution is not yet complete such that anything on http://www.qa.jboss.com/binaries/RHDS/builds/staging/devstudio-5.0_trunk.product/updates/nightly/trunk/ could be installed via Marketplace or Central)
