           Description: 
With JBIDE-11446 being fixed where is another edge case that is still not working.

Consider you have JBoss EAP 5.1.2 and you want to search for runtimes using Runtime Detection, but you only want to add the Seam runtime. This is not possible. Once you uncheck the parent JBoss AS, you can no longer press OK to add the Seam runtime alone.

    Steps to Reproduce: 
1. Add EAP 5.1.2 server (or any server including Seam) using Preferences -> Server -> Runtime Environment -> Add...
1. Go to Preferences -> JBoss Tools -> JBoss Tools Runtime Detection and Add path of EAP 5.x server somewhere on your disk
3. The AS and Seam will be shown, but you only want Seam, so uncheck the parent AS.
4. You will not be able to click OK and add the Seam runtime (without the AS runtime) - FAIL
