It's needed to test Project templates and quickstarts from Central page with JDK7
Current scenario:
1. Import
2. Build 
3. Deploy 

There should be support for a compilation level 1.7 added. Scenario will be this
1. Import/create project
2. Set Compiler level for app to 1.7
3. Build and deploy
