We've been over this before.

To use a JBDS SOA staging site, you need to add THREE sites to resolve dependencies. You need the SOA site, a valid Core site from which the upstream JBoss deps can be found, and the target platform site for eclipse.org bits:

1. http://www.qa.jboss.com/binaries/RHDS/builds/staging/devstudio-5.0_trunk.soa-tooling.updatesite/product-soa/
2. http://www.qa.jboss.com/binaries/RHDS/builds/staging/devstudio-5.0_trunk.product/updates/nightly/trunk/
3. http://www.qa.jboss.com/binaries/RHDS/updates/jbds-target-platform_3.3.indigo.SR2/latest/

Or if you prefer to test nightly SOA bits against the last stable JBDS milestone, use these:

1. http://www.qa.jboss.com/binaries/RHDS/builds/staging/devstudio-5.0_trunk.soa-tooling.updatesite/product-soa/
2. https://devstudio.jboss.com/updates/5.0/staging/ (includes both 5.0.0.Beta2 bits + target platform)
