http://download.jboss.org/jbosstools/updates/webtools/indigo/ is the site used by WTP 3.3. It contains bits built against Indigo

http://download.jboss.org/jbosstools/updates/webtools/juno/ is a placeholder which points to the same bits above because we as yet don't have any bits built w/ Juno. I could stick some Juno-friendly bits from trunk in there so that you'd at least get something newer than the Beta2 ones from the Indigo WTP site, if that would help.

Either way, looks like bug 373319 is fixed AFTER WTP 3.4M6 (03/23/2012) ... have you tried a post-M6 build of WTP 3.4 to verify it's pulling the correct URL?
