This was a very short-lived error which was only there for a few days. I discovered it very quickly. IT was directly after I introduced the api for whether a server version (7.0.1 vs 7.0.2) should include the -b flag.  It probably only existed for 2 days. 

No real details for how to reproduce except just create a 7.x server and see if stuff errors out.  It shouldn't anymore of course ;)
