    Steps to Reproduce: 
EXECUTE: Install JBDS 5.0.0.beta3
EXECUTE: Install Spring IDE Core (not patched, from http://springide.org/updatesite update site) into JBDS. 
Note: Do not install Spring IDE Core from Central because this version is patched and doesn't contains an old Welcome Page.

EXECUTE: Restart JBDS after the installation of Spring IDE Core.
EXECUTE: Close the Welcome Screen (in case it is opened)
EXECUTE: Open the Welcome Screen by selecting Help->Welcome menu item.
ASSERT: See the JBDS Welcome Screen appeared
FAIL (was in JBDS 5.0.0.beta2): WelcomePageEditor Dialog appears instead of JBDS Welcome Screen.


Steps to reproduce field is updated.
