Bump to 3.4.x; assign to Max for consideration: 

should we release Hibernate Tools separately from the rest of JBT Core as it's the only thing still blocking JBT 3.3.x running on BOTH Indigo and Juno.

Note that Seam, Central, and BIRT all depend on Hibernate [1], however, so this wouldn't be a completely straightforward split. :(
