VPE intercepts Eclipse's Refresh Command when pressed via hotkey (F5).

Test case:
1. Open a page in VPE
2. Open Package Explorer view
3. Select any folder in Package Explorer and press F5 button.
4. VPE is refreshed instead of Package Explorer.
