that is not true - it runs jtidy which also fixes encodings in some cases.

Which is why the test passes even before adding the fix.

Thus as said, the junittest passes before I apply the core code fix; thus the test is not actually testing anything nor is the code actually fixing anything afaics when just using hibernate tools core.
