JBIDE JIRA versions have been moved from *3.4* to *4.0*; Jenkins jobs have been renamed as well. Target platform folders have been renamed (with symlinks in place to catch stragglers); after we release a TP for Eclipse 4.2.1, we can remove the old symlinks.
