To install the Android Native Development Tools (NDK) 20.0.3, you need to first add the CDT 8.0 Indigo update site ( http://download.eclipse.org/tools/cdt/releases/indigo ) to JBDS, THEN the Android update site, enable the checkbox for "Contact all sites", and select the NDK feature:
