Google Plugin for Eclipse 2.5 is not compatible w/ Juno. 

Instead, for a version of GPE that works with Juno, users need to install GPE 3.0, eg., from this mirror: http://download.jboss.org/jbosstools/updates/requirements/gwt/3.0.1.v201206290132-rel-r42/ or get the latest from google directly: http://dl.google.com/eclipse/plugin/4.2/
