        Steps to Reproduce: 
1. Use JBDS 4 and point out to new workspace folder
2. Import attached java project, build it and run it as java application
3. Close JBDS 4 and start JBDS 5 with the same workspace
4. Run project as Java app again
    Workaround Description: Start JBDS 5 on brand new folder to have new workspace
