runtime-soa has actual duplicate copies of the tests that were in runtime component, including the .as.bot test, as well as the test which has been completely rewritten and placed in seam tests. 

Is there a specific reason we need these duplicate tests? Shouldn't runtime-soa only test the runtimes provided by the runtime-soa component, esb drools jbpm etc? 

This seems nuts to have duplicate test plugins, especially when they don't test anything new and the originals have been changed substantially.
