I did 2 checks with the patch on branch jbosstools-4.0.x:
- create a new (local) html5 project, then create a EAP6 application on OpenShift and bind it to the local project, then publish the project sources on OpenShift -> works
- remove the local html5 project created above and import it again from the OpenShift application git repo: .openshift/action_hooks file permissions are all: rwx-r--r--
