Hurray https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=374349 was fixed and will be available in Tycho 0.17.
Howeverm the implementation is basic and will force us to use some feature.properties for labels, otherwise the label of source feature will appear the same than the label of "normal" feature in p2 UI.
But that's a good change: feature.properties are better than hardcoded localized strings in feature.xml.
