Some improvements - https://github.com/jbosstools/jbosstools-maven-plugins/pull/2:

* fix typo in warning msg
* parameterize cssName
* don't do copyTemplateResources twice when once will do
* add more debug
* support having default css but override index (or vice versa)
* fix spacing error in default index template file
* make install link in index template file non-version-specific
