Sorry about that. This time I did do steps 1-4 then did step 5 both ways: (1) "mvn clean install -Psoa" and (2) "mvn clean install -Porg.jboss,tools.target-platforms.soatools:multiple:4.2.1.a-SNAPSHOT:multiple." After the latter I installed into a fresh Eclipse Juno and it all worked fine.

Here is log messages after step step 4:
