Scott gave me the credentials and I could successfully connect to the following:

host: broker.osop.cloud.lab.eng.bos.redhat.com
user: scollier
pw: XXXX

I'll have to find out (I just mailed) about any changes to the broker and make sure that there's no workaround to a possible issue on our side.
