again on Visual Page Editor's Tabs, do you have jboss.tools.**.vpe.** plug-ins installed?
These plug-ins are required to be installed and loaded if you need to use Visual Tabs in this editor.
Could you attach your configuration to the issue? (I mean Eclipse Help->About->Installation Details->Configuration)
