Project examples are declared in Project Examples sites described in https://community.jboss.org/wiki/ProjectExamplesSites.
Defining project examples is described in https://community.jboss.org/wiki/CreatingProjectExamples.

JBIDE-10641 introduces a new tag - the central tag that enables us to dinamically add project examples to JBoss Central.
Project examples are grouped into categories. The project example xml file, described in https://community.jboss.org/wiki/CreatingProjectExamples, provides the declaration of the category name.
JBIDE-10658 enables adding the description and priority element for categories and priority for project examples which is described in https://issues.jboss.org/browse/JBIDE-10658?focusedCommentId=12664292&page=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.system.issuetabpanels:comment-tabpanel#comment-12664292.
