This patch adds a new menu - "Web Services -> Test with JBoss Web Service Tester" to the context menu on any WSDL file. It then launches the WS Tester view if it's not already open and sets the URL and method to JAX-WS.

I've also started adding the beginnings of some hooks for JAX-RS support from Xavier's tooling.
