At first glance, this looked like the same issue as:  https://issues.jboss.org/browse/JBDS-1670

But - this issue has some differences - it cannot be worked around by renaming a SOA-P runtime to the string ("jboss-soa-p-5.0 Runtime") indicated in the error message
