When clicking on object in Visual part of VPE object should change appearance but it does not.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create new JSF 1.2 Kick Start project
2. Create new page with content

<%@ taglib uri="http://java.sun.com/jsf/core" prefix="f" %>

rich:inplaceInput tag is displayed like this:

3. Click on "Label" object in Visual part of VPE

ASSERT: rich:inplaceInput is displayed like this:
!clicked.png!

ERROR: tag is displayed as was before click.
