We should make the new Maven Profile Management UI available to a wider audience.
That means :
- move that UI to a dedicated feature
- remove any dependency to WTP or JBoss commons
- Open a feature request at https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/buglist.cgi?query_format=advanced&bug_status=UNCONFIRMED&bug_status=NEW&bug_status=ASSIGNED&bug_status=REOPENED&product=M2E&list_id=69705
- add the new feature to JBoss Tools and JBDS update sites
