Depends on legal approval granted in JBDS-1737 for redistribution of ONLY the GPE (Google Plugin for Eclipse 3.7) provided that the license terms don't change again and we comply with EPL (which we do).

So, I'll just run this up the ol' flagpole to get +1s from the various approvers (Max, Burr, Mark, Len), then we can add this for Beta1.

Note that our composite requirements mirror [1] already references the GPE update site; however, by including this in the TP [2] we'd be able to lock down the version against which we build and even redistribute the GPE stuff in JBDS 5.0.0.Beta1, if we were so inclined.
