Hmm. Not good to hear it. So where do you think, should i report it? I think it is quite common use case of JBDS or JBoss Tools. User generates project in seam-gen, import it to JBDS and wants to add Seam Facet. That's just my opinion. 
I think there is one more facet for JSF in this configuration, but it probably does not matter.
