Implemented cases (see also screenshots)

ESB Editor: 
 - 'Channel ID Ref' and 'Schedule ID ref' in listeners.

Web XML Editor:
 - 'servlet-name' in <servlet-mapping> and <filter-mapping> elements;
 - 'filter-name' in <filter-mapping> element;
 - 'role-name' in <run-as> and <auth-constraint> elements;
 - 'role-link' in <security-role-ref> element.
