Does it work on the command-line?
Do you have any idea why your key is reported as being invalid by JSch?
Can you please check the version of your JSch plugin (JSch 0.141 is know to have troubles with certain key algos, especially with AES128)?
Can you please check if your setup uses the internal ssh or the external ssh executable (external ssh is used if you have the environment variable GIT_SSH set to this executable)?
