This patch adds a new "Open in JBoss WS Tester" menu to the methods exposed in the JAX-RS tooling. At this point I don't have a good way of getting the actual url from the project however, but this should act as a start. It uses Java Reflection APIs instead of adding plug-in dependencies to call methods in the tester view.
