Thanks Nick! 

There were 2 issues. 

a) in the install-extras script. The reason of this behaviour was that the install-extras script has NOT failed when some of the features were not found on any of the updatesites, just displayed a message.  It's fixed now.

b) in the jenkins job. There is a list of features which should be installed. One of the features on the list was called 'm2e'. The script has not recognized it, because the m2e feature on the updatesite has been renamed to 'm2e.extras'. It's also fixed now.
