The application details dialog now displays the application details in a tree table (new implementation, replaces the former). This dialog has 2 minor flaws UI-wise:

* the table has no margins to the left and to the right. 
* the table has no scroll-bars. This is quite annoying since the git url is too long and it gets cut.
