Damn. Seems the problem is not version, but IU.

Due to license terms, I can only mirror these plugins [1] onto our server for use in the TP:

Note that that does not include com.google.gwt.eclipse.sdkbundle (Google Web Toolkit SDK?), as it's not part of com.google.gdt.eclipse.suite.e37.feature [2]

*{color:green}If so{color}*, I'll have to put the external reference to the GWT site [3]  back into the parent pom, as it is in the gwt root pom. (That's why the get component can build, but the aggregate can not.)
