        Summary: Separate Maven Profile management UI from WTP/jboss tools maven integration core  (was: Add the Maven Profile management UI to m2e marketplace)
    Description: 
We should make the new Maven Profile Management UI available to a wider audience.
That means :
- move that UI to a dedicated feature
- remove any dependency to WTP or JBoss commons
- add the new feature to JBoss Tools and JBDS update sites

This makes it installable on its own and easier to contribute/extend for m2e in the future.
