Known issues for JBossTools 3.3.1 installed on Indigo, Indigo SR1 are:
1. JBIDE-10668 M5 marketplace installation has a problem with jcsh dependency missing
required com.jcraft.jsch 0.1.44, but it is 0.1.41 in Indigo 3.7.0
3. JBIDE-10490 do not store server passwords in plain text

fix uses API that is in WTP 3.3.2 only
3. JBIDE-10490 do not store server passwords in plain text

(1) probably can be fixed by having com.jcraft.jsch 0.1.44 available from JBossTools update site or including it into plugin 
(2) Could fixed using WTP 3.3.0 API not sure if it is possible
