I've put a landing page in http://docs.jboss.org/tools/ so people can pick the latest or another version. Spoke with @irooskov and we've also moved all the old versions into http://docs.jboss.org/tools/OLD/

http://docs.jboss.org/tools/latest/ now contains 3.3.0.Final.

Additionally, I've documented how to publish an update to the docs [0].
