Create a bean with method that has two observer parameters.
Put mouse over one of '@Observes' and wait. Usually, correct hover appears (QuickFixHover_JustOpened.png). But, if you move mouse and/or change cursor position with it again and again (no editing, no other actions), sometimes incorrect hover appears (QuickFixHover_SomtimesLooksEmpty.png). Correct hover, also, has one incorrect behavior: move mouse inside, and it becomes empty (QuickFixFover_MouseMovedInside.png) - that is reproduced 100%.
