Rob, tooltips for Filesets and XML Configuration are shown every time. However Ports and Server Details tooltips are always empty. 

And I noticed another thing. When I invoke any tooltip and press F6 as focus, tooltip of Filesets is shown. What is this behaviour? Should I log a JIRA for that?
