For the situation when user creates a jenkins app and embed a jenkins client to an application (e.g. *as*), then a new 'builder' application is created (e.g. *asbldr*) so after deleting application (as) the OpenShift explorer should be refreshed, not just remove the application entry, otherwise the 'builder' application (asbldr) remains in the view which doesn't make much sense.
