Actually, it is done. Those 2 jobs can be used to ensure JBT 3.3.x will install well:
* On Eclipse 3.7.2 as an update of JBT 3.3.0: http://hudson.qa.jboss.com/hudson/job/jbosstools-3.3_stable_branch.install-e3.7.2-jbt_3.3.0-jbt_3.3.x/
* On a fresh Eclipse 3.7.0: http://hudson.qa.jboss.com/hudson/job/jbosstools-3.3_stable_branch.install-e3.7.0-jbt_3.3.x/

And that it does not intall on an Eclipse 4.2:
