Thanks for the info Alexey, I understand now :)

I see in the screenshot for a WAR seam project that the Bean name field is greyed out, as it is in the screenshot in the guide. It seems to me that the screenshot in the guide is not out-of-date but rather a screenshot of a WAR seam project. As the screenshot is an example of creating a new action having two screenshots, one for EAR and one for WAR is a bit too much I think as we are mainly concerned with creating a new seam action and not the underlying seam project type.
