This may happen because at the time the nightly site is building, the update-site for component seam was updated and then the version that Tycho tries to get don't exist anymore.
This happens often, but we did not find a way to avoid it: we can't get component jobs waiting for hours, and we can't wait for all other jobs to stop running (this never happens) before running aggregation. Then both happen at the same time, and we sometimes have sync problems.
