Well, annoying as it is, it is also somewhat comforting that you cannot reproduce :)
We've talked about XP being the root cause, since we appear to be the only ones with the problem. And we cannot think of others than banks that would run such an obsoleted OS ;)
But I guess there could be a thousand other reasons...
If nothing else, we'll know more when we move off XP in 2-3 months.
And we have a workaround, so we're happy for now.
